Mortgaged, at his rooms, Market Place, on TUESDAY, the twentysecond day of July, at two o'clock m the afternoon, the following property : — Firstly AH that; piece of land containing 4 perches or threaboufcf; being part of allotment number 37, m the Town of Blenheim, and having a frontage of 41.7 links to Market Street IN orth, together with a right-of- way along one side ot the same. The building on this piece of land consists of a double shop, let to A. Rayner at a weekly rental of £1, and J. Halford at a weskly rental of 15s (secondly.— All that piece of land, containing 6.3 perches or there about, being part of allotment number 37 m the .Town of Blenheim, and having a frontage of 42.42 links to Market Street North, together with a righ^of-way along two sides of the same.
