The building on this piece of land consists of a double shop, let to A. Rayner at a weekly rental of £1, and J. Halford at a weskly rental of 15s (secondly.— All that piece of land, containing 6.3 perches or there about, being part of allotment number 37 m the .Town of Blenheim, and having a frontage of 42.42 links to Market Street North, together with a righ^of-way along two sides of the same.
