BOROUGH OF BLENHEIM. || M | WHEREAS the Council of the Borough of Blenheim, at a special meeting held on FRIDAY, Jan. 18th, passed a Bye-law, imposing Building Regulations, compelling all buildings erected m Marketstreet South, Market Place, Marketstreet North, Alfred-street from the Omaka Bridge Westwards to Allotment 83, High-street from Seymourstreet eastwards to the Omaka River, Wynen-street and Grove Road from the Omaka Bridge to Aucklandstreet, on or after 31st March, 1889, to have their external side walls of brick, stone or concrete. Also that the Inner Area be enlarged by including all that block bounded by Maxwell Road on the East, Arthurstreet on the South, Seymour-street on the West, and Charles-street on the North. And that it is proposed to confirm the same by Special Order at a meeting of the said Council to be held on FRIDAY, Feb. 15th. The Draft Bye-Law and alteration of the Inner Area is open for inspection at my office. The said Bye-Law and alteration will come into force oh the 31st day of March, 1889. Wm.
