(KEUSEB's TELEGSiMS.) Londos, Not. 30. At the wool sales to-cfay a catalogue of 6 900 bales was submitted, at auction. There was a iteady 'demand throughout for all descriptions of wool. Fine to finest were rather firm, bat inferior to faulty lots rnled $d to Id per lb below the prices obtained at the last sales. Londoh, D«e. 1. Three per cent oons-'lB. ex dir., are quoted at 101$. New Zealand & per esnt Inscribed stock baß declined to 94£. - The market rate of discount ii 3 per aent, and the bank rate 4 per cent. ■Colonial breadstuff's,—Adelaide wheat, ex BtoUe, 32s to 32s 6d per 4961b5, according to grade, Adelaide flour, ex store, 2£s per 2801b3. Tallow.—Australian, of fair average qaaliiy—Beef] 24s 6d per owt; mutton, Wool.—ArtOHaafS^aubtion a catalogue some 6900 bales was submitted, which elicited good competition, the» prices realjges being about the same as on previous days. The total number of bales catalogued to date is 79,400, of which 7000 bales have been withdrawn. Received December 5, 2 a.m: London, Deo. 3. At to-day's wool sales 9900 bales were submitted at auction. The market was steady. The present eeriea of colonial wool auctions closes on the 10th instant. Melbourne, Dec 1. Tbe New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) held their nsual weekly sale to-day. Six thousand bales were offered at auction of which 4,115 found purchasers. There was a full attendance of buyers, and the competition was good, bat medium to inferior wools rnled easier, m sympathy with telegraphic reports received regarding tbe London gales. Good woote are unchanged m value; greasy merine is worth 10£ per lb; crossbred, 10|d; lambswool, la O^d.
