FRESH PROPOSALS LIKELY TO BE SUBMITTED. (3FECUL TO UATTBD ?BE3S ASSOCIATION.) London, Oct 24 Sir Saul Samuel has had an interview with Mr John Bramstone, Assistant Under-Secretary to the Colonial Office, with reference to the mail contracts, and it is probable that Mr Raikes, the Postmaster- General, will submit fresh proposals. The AgentsGeneral will shortly interview Mr Goschen, tho Chancellor of tho Exchequer, on the subject.
