STORMY PROCEEDINGS AT TOURS. (RATER'S TELEGRAMS.) Received Ocfc. 27, 10.35 p.m. Paris, Oct. 26. A. stormy meeting took place to-day at Tours during the elections which are taking place m that city. Speeches were made expressing extreme dissatisfaction with the explanation given regarding the alleged complicity of M. Daniel Wilson (son-in-law of the President) m the recent War Office scandals. The charges were reiterated, and -the Speaker demanded that M. Wilson should resign oilice.
