The unemployed agitation is increasing m vigor. Demonstrations continue to be held m Hyde Park, at which inflammatory speeches are made, encounters with police being numerous. Enormous meeting ara to ba held on Sunday m Trafalgar Square and m the vicinity of Westminster Abbey. A torchlight was projected, to proceed to a meeting summoned at Rotherhithe on Monday, but Sir Charles Warren, Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, has issued an order prohibiting the procession. A protest has been made by the leaders of the unemployed against the proclamation of Sir Oharlea Warren, on the ground that it infringes the right of free speech, A large force of military has received instructions to be m readiness should their services be required to enforce order, ■ • . •
