At the conclusion of each Selling Bace th« winner ebal be offered by auction, anil any sum realised over £20 shall go to thH funds of the Jockey Club. In all races (except Hack Baces) where no second money or prize shall be given, tho Ficond horse Bhall save hie stakes unlees distanced.
