The police authorities at Sydney have been communicated with to ascertain if he is on the Hauroto, but no reply baa been received. At the Divorce Court to-day, Mr Justice Johnston granted a decree rim for the dissolution .of marriage m Winthrop v. Winthrop, on the ground of adultery and desertion by the husband.
