It is proposed to register tha Company as soon as a fair amount of the capital is subscribed, bnt before proceeding to any expenditure beyond the necessary expenses of forming the Company a general meeting of shareholders will be convened and a general plan of proposed operations sub mitted to such meeting. Applications for shares will be received at the offioe of Messrs Rogers and Barley man, Bank of New Zealand, the New Zea land Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (limited), or by any of the Provisional Directors.
