The House resumed at 7.30
The OtagoHirbor Board Reconstitution Bill passed through Committee, was reported with amendments, and notice given to recommit.
The Masterton and Greytown Lands Bill wag read a third time, and passed.! The Waitara Harbor Board Loan Bill passed through Committee, the amount being reduced from £10,000 to £6,000. The Licensing Aot Amendment Bill, and Waimate High Sohool Bill were read a •eoond time.
