THE WAR IN TONQUIN.
Paris, August 28.
The latest despatches from Tonquin state that the Frenoh troops continue their operations against the Annamese, and have met with further success. Phuhmi (?) was captured, with the loss of only 15 killed and 50 wounded, but was subsequently evacuated. The loss on the enemy's side has not been ascertained, but it is stated to be much larger, _______^
