A cable message has bean received from London, bearing date the 19th mat., stating that the following vessels bud failed prior to that date : • Wellington, for Port Chalmers, with 3 19 immigrants ; Crusader, for Lyttelton, with 381 immigrants. Melbourne, December 21. Arrived, Orient steamship Chimborazo, from Plymouth (Nov. 6).
