DD. respectfully beys to an- . nounce that he has made considerable alterations and improvements m and out of the above establishment, and now wishes to state that every attention necessary for the COMFORT, PLEASURE AND CON. VENIBNCE of visitors has had his special care, as for instance — OUR RETREATS FOR REPOSE, otherwise known as Bedrooms, are furnished with every requisite to refresh the weary, and inspire "Nature's sweet restorer, balmy sleep." The next, and perhaps the most neoessary, feature connected with the Eoyal Hotel is OUR TABLE, which, at Breakfast, Dinner, and Tea, is supplied with delicacies RARE, GOOD, AND PLENTIFUL. We particularly invite Friends to this department who suffer from a keen appetite, and recommend it strongly for its curative powers. We confidently speak on this subject from experience, to %oit, see the Boss, and then retire to THE BAR. Well, the Bar sparkles with BRILLIANT WINES, GENUINE ALES, AND PUREST SPIRITS. All we can say is try them. JUST TRY THEM. We are inclined to think many Good Templars would enjoy them, but we will adjourn to the STABLES AND LOOSE BOXES. This being a racy community, I). D. has particularly studied all the requirements that are necessary for the care and attention of that noble animal, THE HORSE, having provided a thorough good Ostler, and a large supply of the best Hay, Corn, and Chaff. The Stables are well ventilated, and the LOOSE BOXES secure. The only difficulty so far experienced m this branch of the ROYAL HOTEL is m persuading the horse to leave after a night's care. He sometimes, like his master WOULD RATHER STOP, but as all things must stop, so must this advertisement. Therefore, we must conclude, aud m doing so, beg to return thanks for the liberal support accorded us, and trust, by strict attention to the requirements of our patrons, to enjoy a continuation of the same. N.B.— The ROYAL HOTEL can accommodate travellers by the railway, being opposite the Station. THE ROYAL HOTEL can accommodate travellers by the s.s. Mohaka, or any other boat of the New Zealand line.
