James Sutherley, Edward Sutherley, and John O'Leary were charged with acting m such a manner m the Groveroad on Dec. 3rd,. »s to cause a lireach of the peace. The defendants pleaded guilty. Mrßullen stated the nature of the ease. The fight had taken placs at night time, and had lasted a quarter of an hour. Edward Sutherley appeared to h« the worst of the three. '■'■, : ' ' - The R.
