Referring to the list published a few months ago of the First Expedition of the New Zealand Company, which arrived at Nelson by the ships “Whitby" and ‘‘Will Watch." in Novemberflßil, Mr George McDonald, of Wairau Yalley, lias forwarded to us the following document, which we have pleasure in publishing and placing on record.
