From Havanah it is reported that a very large forces of troops has invaded the Cinto Villas territory. ' A battle was fought at the crossing, m which over 600 Spaniards were killed. Since then there has been' another heavy encounter. Three men-of-war have been ordered to sea m great haste. . 'Yellow fever is raging among 20,000 troops brought out last winter, and discontent is rampant. .
