Messages between five and eight m the evening, sixpence first twenty-five, and threepence every additional twenty-five words, exceptions are made m favor of the Press respecting news by the Australian and American steamers. Telegraphic messages from Victoria to New Zealand will go free of postage. Napier, Friday. M. R. Miller reports the sale of the Turanui Estate of 11,000 acres at 35s per acre, and 440 acres of the Redcliffe Estate for £5,000. .
