j&otfcrg. v. ii. Land Transfer Act Notices. NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels of Land hereinafter described will be brought tinder the provisions of “ The Land Transfer Act, 1870,” unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding the same. Firstly,—All those pieces of land comprising Sections 48, 49, and 50, on the official plan of the Town of Blenheim, being part of Section 1, Omaka : Bounded towards the North 190 links by Section 51 ; towards the South 190 links by Leeds Quay; towards the East 420 links by Section 174, Omaka ; and towards the West 420 links by Sinclair-street; and containing in the aggregate 3 roods, or thereabouts. Secondly,—All those pieces of laud comprising Sections 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60, on the official plan of the Town of Blenheim, being part of Section 1, Omaka; Bounded on the North-west 460 links by Grove Hoad ; towards the West 835 links by Sinclair-street : towards the South 190 links by Section 52 ; and towards the East 1255 links by Section 174, Omaka ; and containing in the aggregate one acre, three roods, and thirty-six perches, or thereabouts. Thirdly,—All that piece of land, being part of Section. 174, Omaka District: Bounded towards the North-west measuring 138 links, by a public road ; towards the West 1250 links, by Sections 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, and 60, on the plan of the Town of Blenheim ; towards the South by other part of the same section, 174 Omaka, 75 links ; and towards the East by Section 46, Opawa District, 1360 links; and containing Three roods and thirty-six perches, or thereabouts. Fourthly,—All that piece of land, being part of the said Section 174, Omaka District : Bounded on the North by other part of the same section 75 links ; towards the South by Leeds Quay, 75 links; towards the East by Section 46, Opawa, 436 links ; and towards the. West by Sections 48, 49, and 50, on the plan of the said Town of Blenheim, and by Leeds Quay, 436 links, and containing one rood and twelve perches, or thereabouts. Fifthly,—All that piece of laud being part of Section 46, Opawa District : Bounded towards the North by a public road 75 links wide, now known as Nelson Street; towards the South by other part of the same section 46 Opawa 236 links ; towards the East by the Opawa River ; and towards the West by Section 174 Omaka District 1360 links and containing three acres and seventeen perches or thereabouts. Sixthly,—All that piece of land being part of the same Section 46 Opawa : Bounded towards the North East by other part of the same Section 400 links ; towards the South and South East by the Omaka River ; and towards the West partly by Section 174 Omaka District, and partly by a public road 291 links, and containing two roods or thereabouts. Seventhly, All those pieces of laud coinprisingSections 42 and 43 on the plan of the said Town of Blenheim, being part of Section 1 Omaka : Bounded towards the North 40 links, North West 266 links ; and West 160 links by the Grove Road ; towards the South 155 links by Section 44 on the said plan of the Town of Blenheim ; and towards the East 400 links by Sinclair Street, and containing one rood and thirty-six perches or thereabouts. Eighthly,—All those pieces of laud comprising Sections 61, 62, 63,-64, 65, 66, and 72 on. the plan of the said Town of Blenheim, being part of Section I Omaka : Bounded towards the North 445 links by Nelson Street; towards the South East 690 links by the Grove Road ; towards the South West 250 links by Auckland Street; and towards the North West 300 links, by Sections 69, 70, and 71. again towards the South West 70 links by said Section 71, and towards the West 220 links by Section 73, on the said plan of the said Town of Blenheim, and containing in the aggregate one acre, three roods and one porch or thereabouts. Ninthly,—All those pieces of laud comprising Sections 1,2, and 3, on the plan of the said Town of Blenheim, being part of Section 46 Opawa: Bounded towards the North by the Omaka River ; towards the South 300 links by Custom House Street ; towards the East by Section 4 on the said plan of the said Town of Blenheim, and towards the West by Redwoodstreet, and containing in the aggregate one acre and five perches or thereabouts. Tenthly.—All those pieces of land comprising Sections 205 and 206 on the plan of the said Town of Blenheim, being part of Section 46 Opawa : Bounded towards the North partly by the Opawa River, and partly 200 links by Crown Land ; towards the East 270 links by Section 207 on the said plan of the said Town of Blenheim ; towards the South East 455 links by Park Terrace ; and towards the West 170 links by Stuart Street, and 280 links by Crown Land, aiid containing in the aggregate two roods and seventeen per-ches or thereabouts. Eleventhly,—All those pieces of land being part of Section 46,. comprising Sections 24, 25, 26. and 27 on the plan of the Town of Blenheim : Bounded towards the North 400 links by Custom House Street; towards the South 400 links by Main Street; towards the Hast 250 links by Section 23 Town of Blenheim ; and towards the West 250 links by Section 28 Town of Blenheim, and containingin the aggregate one acre or thereabouts. Twelfthly,—All those pieces of land being part of Section 46 Opawa, comprising Sections 30. 31, 32, 33. and 33, on tlieplan of the Town of Blenheim ; Bounded towards the North 400 links by Custom House Street; towards the East 25Q links by Section 29 Town of Blenheim ; towards the South 400 links by Main Street, and towards the West 250 links by Opawa Street, and containing in the aggregate one acre or thereabouts.
