Between the Bank'of New Zealand, Plain-\ tiffs, and John Wratt, Defendant, WHEREAS, by a Writ of Execu-j tion, issued in this action, and directed to me, it is ordered that of the Real and Personal Estate of the abovenamed John Wkatt, I should cause to be made the sum of £291 19a Bd, together with Interest upon the said sum at the rate of £8 for every £IOO, by the year from the Thirtieth day of April, 1872, besides costs of levying Sheriff’s poundage, Officers’ fees, and all other incidental expenses of the execution: How, I hereby give notice that I shall cause to be Sold by Public Auction, by; Mr C. J. The Parcel of Land hereinbefore mentioned is more particularly described and delineated on the plan thereof drawn upon the memorial of judgment herein registered in the Deeds Register Office for the Province of Marlborough.
