General Notices. To the Electors of the District of Wairau. GENTLEMEN, —I intend to offer myself as a Candidate to represent your District in the House of Representatives. In this announcement, I shall not enter at length into my political views, as I intend to convene meetings in the various Districts to express my opinion on the various matters now agitating the country, and which must be immediately dealt with by the approaching Parliament.
