At a meeting at Canterbury, Mr. Robison, manager of the Bank of New South Wales, stated that he had been informed by letters from home that the reason of the depreciation in the price of New Zealand flax, in the English market, was not 'to be attributed to the nonusefulness of tho article, but rather to a combination on the part of buyers.
