"'VTOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of an order of this honorable Court, bearing date at Nelson the 11th day of November, 1870, and made in the above matter, a meeting of the Creditors of the Estate of the said George James will be held at the Resident Magistrate’s Courthouse, at Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, on WEDNESDAY, the twenty-third day of November instant, at three o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of electing a Supervisor in the Estate of the said George James, in the room of Frederick Thomas Farmar, removed by the Creditors, William McCaw Nelson, Solicitor for John Connal, Trustee of the said Estate.
