Auction Sales. Saturday, i\ov. 26tli. By order of Stephen Lunn Muller, Esquire, Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Blenheim, upon the application of the Mortgagee. HENRY DODSON will sell by Public Auction, at his Sale Rooms, Alfredstreet, Blenheim, on Saturday, the 3rd day of December next, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, and subject to the conditions to be then produced,— All that piece or PARCEL of LAND, situate in the Town of Blenheim, aforesaid, being portion of Allotment No. 46, on the plan of the said town; together with all the Buildings and improvements thereon erected. The above premises are now in the occupation of Mr James Gorrie. For further particulars apply to H. DODSON, Auctioneer. Saturday, December 3rd. All that Allotment or Parcel of LAND, situate in the Town of Blenheim aforesaid (heretofore known as the Town of Beaver), containing One Rood (more or less), and numbered 83 on the plan of the said town: Bounded on the north by Alfredstreet; on the east by section numbered 82 on the plan of the said town; on the south by section numbered 96 on the said plan ; and on the west by section numbered 84 on the said plan; together with the buildings and improvements thereon erected. - The above premises are now in the occupation of Mr Lewis Lewis.
