HENRY DODSON will sell by public auction, at his Sale Rooms, Blenheim, on SATURDAY, the Ist day of October, 1870, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, and subject to conditions to be then produced,— situate in the Town of ] aforesaid (heretofore known as the\ Town of Beaver), containing One Rood (more or less) and numbered 83 on the plan of the said town: Bounded on the North by Alfred - street; on the East by section numbered 82 on the plan of the said town; on the South by section numbered 96 on the said plan ; and on the West by section numbered 84 on the said plan ; together with the buildings and improvements thereon erected.
