TO CORRESPONDENTS.

Pax si Fas.—Received, but too late this week. We have received a letter signed “Admirer,” purporting to be a reply to “Blenheim’s” letter in our last, but as the writer has, in copying the original, forgot the invariable rule of including the signature of the author, we have laid the letter aside until it is communicated. We must beg our friends to write on note paper, on one side only, not exceeding six pages, and must contain (in confidence) the real name of the writer. All letters expected to be inserted in the current week should be received by Thursday noon, as after that period they can only appear as advertisements. Advertisers are requested to forward their favors prior to 6 o’clock on Friday evenings. Contract advertisements should be delivered not later than Thursday noon.
