And notice is hereby further given that any person who 'may wish to prefer any objection to'the granting of .such Letters Patent is hereby required, within four calendar l months from the publication hereof, to send or to deliver at the offices of John. Boyle Bennett, Esquire, RegistrarGeneral, Wellington, (being the person appointed for that purpose under the provisions of the f f Patents Act, I 860,”) a statement in writing setting forth the grounds of such objections, and subscribed with the proper name and address of the person so objecting.
