Superintendent’s Office, Blenheim, June 7th, 1870. mENDERS will bo received at this I Office until Friday, the Ist July next, for REPAIRING- the Road from Canvas Town to Mountain Camp Creek, and from Mountain Camp Creek to Deep Creek Bridge. The tenders must state the amount in money for which the works will be performed, but the contractor will be required to take land in payment of the amount of his contract under Clause 56 of “ The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867.” A specification of the work will be open to public inspection at the Police Office, Havelock, on or about the 23rd June inat.
