HENRY DODSON Has received instructions from the Trustees to Sell by Auction, at his Sale Rooms, in p Blenheim, on Saturday, the 4th day of December, 1869, at Two p.m.,— ALL those Four Allotments of LAND, being part of Allotment number 30 on the plan of the Town of Blenheim, viz.,— Lot 1, having a frontage to Wynen-street of 26 feet by a depth of 71 feet. Lot 2, having a’frontage to Market Placo of 30 feet, and to Wynen-street of 42 feet. Lot 3 and 4, having each a frontage to Market Place of 20 feet by a depth of 42 feet. Also, all that Piece or Parcel of LAND situate in the District of Omaka, containing by admeasurement One Acre, Two Roods, and One Perch (more or less), being Section number one hundred and seventy-four (174), on the plan of the said_ District, formerly a put Tic road, and called by the name of Red wood-street, save and except thereout a f iece of Land sixty-four (64) links wi le, and two hundred and seventy links in length, and commencing at a distance of one thousand three hundred and sixty links from the North-eastern angle of said Section. And also all that piece or parcel of LAND situate in the District of Opawa, in the said Province, containing by estimation Three Acres (more or less), being part of Section number forty-six (46), Opawa District aforesaid,bounded towards the East by the Opawa River; towards the South by other part of same section recently sold to one Archibald Paisley Stuart (236 links) ; and towards the West by said Section nnmber 174.
