HENRY DODSON Is instructed to Sell by Public Auction, at his Sale Rooms, in Blenheim, on Saturday, the 30th day of October, 1869, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, ALL that Allotment or parcel of Land, containing one rood more or less, situate in the Town of Blenheim, being Allotment numbered 125 on the plan of the said town, bounded towards the North by High-street; towards the South by Allotment number 118; towards the East by Allotment number 124 on the plan of the said town ; and towards the West by Henry-street. Together with the Buildings now on the said land, in the occupation of Mr. Rayner. ALL that Allotment or parcel of Land situate in the Town of Blenheim, and being Allotment number 200 on the plan of the said town. Bounded towards the North by Allotment numbered 202 (250 links) ; towards the East by Allotment number 199 (100 links); towards the South by Allotment number 201 (250 links); and towards the West by Dash wood-street (100 links).
