In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868, and in the matter of Morriss Sklaark, of Blenheim, Draper, OTICE is hereby given, that by a Deed bearing date the sixth day of March, 1869, and made between the said Morriss Sklaark of the first part, Ferdinand B. Ehrmann, of Melbourne, in the Colony of Victoria, Merchant, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names are thereunto subscribed, being creditors of the said Morriss Sklaark, conveyed and assigned all and singular his real and personal Estate and Effects unto the said Ferdinand B. Ehrmann, his Heirs, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns, upon trust for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said Morriss Sklaark: And notice is hereby further given that the said Deed was duly executed by the said Morriss Sklaark, in the presence of and is attested by Donald Sinclair, of the City of Nelson, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the said Deed is also executed by the said Ferdinand B. Ehrmann ; And notice is hereby further given that the said Deed was duly filed in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, on Monday, the eighth day of March, 1869. All persons who may wish to prefer any OBJECTION to the granting of such Letters Patent are hereby required to send, within Four Months from the publication hereof as aforesaid, to John Boyle Bennett, Esq., Registrar-General, at Wellington, in the eaid Colony, a statement setting forth the grounds of such objection, and subscribed with their proper name and address.
