NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS. The Proprietor of the Marlborough Express desires to return thanks to his friends for their numerous favors, and conceiving the commencement of a New Year a suitable period for making changes, to announce that after this date, it is his intention to Reduce the charge for ordinary Advertisements One-third the rates hitherto charged, being in fact, a Genuine Reduction of Thirty-three per cent Samuel Johnson, Proprietor.
