The Auctioneer feels assured that the arrangements, convenience, and adaptability for carrying on a large trade in this Hotel, with commodious and well-ventilated Stables, an Assembly Room detached from the main building, and other suitably constructed out-houses, are too well known to require any comment, A part of the purchase money may remain on mortgage. Also, The Furniture, Horses, Tilbury, Stock-in-Trade, Billiard Table, and all Miscellaneous Articles now on the premises, will be sold without any reserve.
