I HEREBY give notice that I shall, on Thursday, the 29thr day' of October instant, at 12 o’clock, at noon, sell by PUBLIC AUCTION, at the Store of James Gorrie, in Blenheim, aforesaid, the whole of the GOODS and CHATTELS of the above-named defendant, seized and taken by me under and in pursuance of the several Warrants of Distress for rent levied by me This Day upon the said Goods and Chattels of the said defendant, in respect of the sura of £402 claimed to be due from the said defendant to A. P. Stuart, for the use and ocpupation for one year by the said defendant of the Victoria Hotel and premises in Blenheim aforesaid, unless the said sum of £ 102 and the costs of the said last mentioned distress, and also the amount for which the said several Warrants of Distress issued out of the said Court, and the costs of executing the same Warrants respectively are sooner paid and satisfied.
