,On August 30th, at his residence, Haven Road, John Poynter, Esq., J.P., ex-Resident Magistrate of Nelson, aged 68 years. On Sunday, September 6th, at Blenheim, Edward William, second son of Mr. R. Newth, aged 4 years and 1 month.
