NOTICE I THE COMMISSIONER of Crown j Lands for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby give notice, that at noon on Saturday, the 27th day of June next, the Allotments of Suburban Land, Rural Land, and Pasture Land, set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed, will be put up to Auction and offered for Sale by public competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in this province, at the upset prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of “ The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867,” Ten per cent, of the purchase money must be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder within one month, or the de posit forfeited.
