NOTICE is hereby given, that from and alter June 30th next, the provisions of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1867, will be enforced on allotments 24 and 35 on plan of subdivision of section 4, Omaka district, and 46 and 47, Town of. Blenheim ; and I further hereby give notice that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing upon the said-Land, and upon such portions thereof as are unenclosed, together'with charges for driving such Cattle.
