NOTICE is hereby given, that from and after the 4th May next, the provisions of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1867, will be enforced on Part of Section 6, Omaka: And I further hereby give notice that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing upon the said lands, and upon such portions thereof as are unenclosed, together with charges for driving such cattle.
