NOTICE is hereby given, that on and after April 2lst next, the provisions of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1867, will be enforced on all our Freehold Land,between the Fairhall and Taylor Rivers, Omaka ; and we further hereby give notice that it is our intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing upon the said Land, whether fenced or unfenced, together with charges for driving such Cattle.
