NOTICE is hereby given, that a Special Meeting of Her Majesty’s Justices of the Peace for the Province of Marlborough, will be holden at the Court House, Blenheim, on Monday, the 9th day of March, 1868, for the purpose of forming a Jury List for the ensuing year. IVJ OTICE is hereby given, that on and X i after March 26th next, the provisions of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1867, will be enforced on Sections 49, 81, and part of 47, W airau West, situate on Spring Creek, and I further hereby give notice that it is nay intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing on the said Land, and on such portions thereof as are fenced or unfenced, together with charges for driving such cattle.
