WELLINGTON, February 15. —The following were the'retail prices at the above date :—Flour, 203; second quality, 18s ; oats, 4s ; bran, Is 6d ; hay, £6 per ton ; bacon, Is per pound; butter, Is to Is 2d; potatoes, 5s to (is per cwt; apples, onions, 2d; cabbages, 2d to 3d each ; beef and mutton, 4d to 6d.
