DODSON Having been favoured with instructions from Mr. William Picton, will Sell by Public Auction, at the PLOUGH INN, LOWER WAIRAU, On Wednesday, March 11th, commencing at Twelve o’clock sharp, The wpiole of the household FURNITURE, S TOOK - IN - TRADE, Stacks of Oats, PEaS, RYE GRASS, &c., &c., &c.. as follows: Dining and other Chairs, Tables Sofas, Double and Single Bedsteads Beds and Bedding, Washstands Tea and Toilet Services . Table Linen, Cooking Utensils Capital Cooking Stove, Bedroom do. And a large variety of i HOUSEHOLD EFFECTS. Also the Stock -in - Trade, COMPRISING Wines, Spirits, Cordials, Ale and Porter, &c., &0,, &c. ALSO, One strong useful Dog Cart and set of Harness, and excellent quiet Trap Mare, rising four years old One light Sydney Bullock Dray, Yokes and Bows And a useful lot of Farming Implements and Garden Tools ALSO, Two excellent Milch Cows in full milk, warranted quiet, and to milk witliout bail or leg-rope Several head of Young Stock Pigs, Poultry, &c,, &c., &c. ALSO, One stack of really good Hay, supposed to contain eight tons One stack of really good Rye Grass Hay, about four tons One stack of Oats, supposed to contain 150 bushels j Six sacks of Rye Grass Seed ; and One stack of Peas. ALSO. Saddle, Bridle, and other horse gear, and a great variety of miscellane,o.U£ articles too numerous to particularise. ALSO, 'The valuable property known as the " PLOUGH INN,” with thirty Acres of Land attached. The building is in good repair, and sufficiently commodious for a large trade. The Land is enclosed in a substantial ring fence, twenty acres being laid down in English grass, while the remainder is in a high state of cultivation, and the whole is of unquestioned richness. A slight reserve will be put on the property, the amount of which will be announced by the Auctioneer previous to Bale, or the same will be written on a slip of paper and deposited within sight of the bidders. Should the bidding fall short of the reserve, the Auctioneer will declare the property not sold, and will then submit the same to be let at an annual rental for. one or more years, together with the right of the unexpired license. • v'No reserve whatever will be placed on article (except as. above-mentioned), apd .the whole must be sold in consequence of the owner’s determination to leave the province on account of late family affliction and his present health.
