BOWLING. BANKERS DEFEAT LAWYERS. The return bowling match between rinks representative of the legal profession and the bankers was played on the Gore bowline green on Saturday. The game was very interesting and dose rip to the- 17t'h head, wlien tiie men representing finance obtained n lead and increased it so that when the 21st head was played the score stood tHi to 19. The following were the players and scores: —Banks: P. L. Campbell, H. P. Butts, A. O. Clarke, Tims. Taylor <*)■ 20. Legal: W. Robson. \\ . B.".Johnston, K. C. Smith and D. Harvey (s), 19. Each side has won a game and the final will be played after New Year.
