ALLEGED INCITING.
' * .. (per United Prows A*'smdaticn.) DUNEDIN, April 17., Alfred • William Colctnan, ■ who lias been arrested on a charge of inciting », seditious .strike, appeared at the Police Court this morning. Accused, who pleaded not guilty, was remanded till Monday. Bail was not asked for. Coleman, it is stated, lias been ensiling Nightcaps and other Southland and Otago mining centres and addressing the men there in tonus that involve' a breach of the war regulations.
