The Supreme Court was occupied toclay with an action by the Public Tf ll5 * tee as executor of the will of the-Jiate Rev. E. L. Woodhouse versus the .Notional Insurance Company to recover tooo, the amount of an accident insurance policy. Mr Woodhouse, who-was an Anglican minister, .was found drowned in Molyneux River a year, ago, and the company disputed the claim, mainly on the grounds of it not having been proved that the death was accidental within ihe meaning of the terms of the policy. _ , The case .is proceeding.'
