BALLOONS IN FLAMES.
A; balloon at Sezanne, near Khcinis, was caught by a gust of wind when it was rising just above the heads of the crowd. I lie envelope tore and an explosion ot gas occurred. The flaminowreckage fell to the ground. ° The pilot, named Le Prince, was severely injured, as was also a child of eight. About GO people in the crowd were hurt,,and 25 of them were reported to be in a serious condition. Most of them suffered from burns. '
