In connection with the naval scandals Iwaliara (managing director of the Mitsui Bussan. Kaislia Company) and Admiral 'Matsuo have been sentenced to two years' imprisonment, Gamamoti (an official of the Mitsui Company) was sentenced -to 18 months' and four directors- to terms ranging from three to, 19 months. The-direct-ors' sentences will be suspended for three years.
