Winston Churchill (First Lord or' the Admiralty), in reply to a question in the House of Commons as whether proposaLs regarding the disposition: of the fleet were made after consulting the dominions, remarked, "The statement I made when introducing the Estimtes is self-explaaiatory. I have nothing to add." Mr Churchill added that he had seen the newspaper reports of Senator MiUen's (Australian Defence Minister) remarks. PSYCKTE'S RELIEF CREW. Received March 25, 11.55 a.m. LONDON. March 24. The .relief crew wof H.M.s. Psyche will sail at the end of April.
