Stead (the .journalist, who whs drowned in the Titsnio disaster) are being opened At Westminster, Hoxton, Leeds and Bath, and two others are contemplated in East London if 'tile fond, which is an international one including contributions from New Zealand and South Africa, expands. Other hom«8 are being opened to provide lodgings at 4s per week. It is believed that this will be self-supporting.
