SUPPORT FOR ESSAD PASHA. BELGRADE, Sept. 25. The Catholic Archbishop of Durazzo is supporting Essad Pasha, who accuses Ismail Bey of being the hired tool of the Italian propaganda. Ismail Bey is reported 1 to be accumulating funds prior to a flight to Europe.
