CETTTNJE, April 23. ]t is officially reported that the Montenegrins have entered Saltan. BULGARIA AND GREECE. DRIFTING INTO WAR. LONDON, April 23. The Salonika correspondent of the 'Chronicle' reports thai Greece and Bulgaria are rapidly drifting into war. Ihe Bulgarians are concentrating at Drama. One division each from Chatalja, Adrianople and Bulair have arrived. The Servians are reassembling north of Salonika, ready to help the Greeks. SALONIKA THE CENTRE. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 23. Turkey has arranged with Servia and Greece for a suspension of hostilities and the repatriation of prisoners. The Greeks are withdrawing from the islands and concentrating their troops on Salonika. . Servian troops at Scutari have been transferred to Salonika. CHRISTIANS ATTACKED. BELGRADE, April 23. The partial withdrawal of Servians from Albania was signalled by an outbreak among the Albanian Mohammedans on the right bank of the Devoh who attacked the Christians on the lett bank. .
