Sir Rufus Isaacs (British Attorn eypeneral) stated that he bought in April 110,000 shares in the America Marconi {Company. He was not financially interested •in the British company. He •old 1000 each to Hon. D. Lloyd Creorge < <Chanoellor of the Exchequer) and the Blaster of Elibank. He lost £I2OO oyer the deal, and the others a few kun£reda each. Defendants made a complete withIkawal of the charges, and judgment Was given for plaintiffs with, coats.
